Shipping Policy

Order Preparation

We make all of our nut butters fresh, in small batches and generally orders will be ready to ship in 3-5 business days. At checkout, you will be given multiple options in terms of carrier and delivery speeds. We believe in giving our customers lots of options whether that is the cheapest shipping option possible, the fastest shipping, or something in-between. Please note that shipping and arrival dates are estimates only and subject to change by the selected carrier. We do not have any control over this aspect of our business.

Local Pick-Up

We offer free local pick-up at the Piedmont Triad Farmers Market, 2914 Sandy Ridge Rd, Colfax, NC 27235, 8am-12pm on Saturdays. Please select “Local Pick-Up” as option at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready for pick-up and will state pick-up location.

If we notify you that your order is ready for pick-up and it is not picked-up and/or you have not contacted us at cosmicnutbutters@gmail.com within 30 calendar days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue you a refund, less any card card processing and transaction fees.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to add this capability as we grow our business.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged Packages

We make sure that each of our products is of the highest quality before it leaves our warehouse. Once it leaves our warehouse, we hand it off to the carrier you selected at checkout to deliver to your door. Any number of things could happen to your package once we hand off your package to the third party carrier such as a package being lost, damaged, or stolen or a global pandemic. We cannot be held liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages as they are beyond our control.

Please contact us at cosmicnutbutters@gmail.com if your package is lost/damaged/stolen and we will do what we can from our end to put you in touch with the carrier and any mitigation efforts on their end.
