Returns Policy

We are a food company. Food safety is of paramount importance. Our products are prepared using food safety measures. After it leaves our warehouse, we cannot guarantee food safety. For this reason—we cannot offer any returns or exchanges.

Please do not send back products to our warehouse unless we specifically ask you to send it back.

Refunds

We do our best to make products that satisfy our customers. We have a number of in-person events where you can sample our products for free before you buy. Please try our products in-person or order a smaller size if you are unsure if you will like our products. If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us at cosmicnutbutters@gmail.com. We reserve the right to offer refunds at our discretion.

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following must be met:

1. You ordered products through our website or Amazon store
2. You have a valid receipt
3. You contact us within 30 calendar days at cosmicnutbutters@gmail.com

Refund Payment

We will refund the total amount to the credit card used at checkout within 5 business days, depending on the credit card company.
